Done-for-you AI lead response for solo agents

Never let a lead go cold.

Virell AI

I’m Virell. When someone fills in your form, I answer them in two minutes — in your voice — ask what you’d ask, and put the showing on your calendar. Scroll down, I’ll show you.

No software to learn. Nothing for you to run.

Hi Dana, thanks for asking about 412 Ashland. It’s still available, and it moves fast at this price. I have Thursday 4:30 or Friday morning open. Which works better?

Why speed decides it

The lead goes to whoever answers first.

Someone fills in your form while your listing is open in front of them. In the same sitting they message two or three other agents. Fifteen hours later, when you get to your inbox, one of those agents already has the showing.

Both bars are the same scale. The Virell one is two minutes long, which is why you can barely see it.

What actually happens
48%

Nearly half of all buyer inquiries never get any answer at all. Not a slow answer — none, from anyone.

What answering fast is worth
21×

Answer inside five minutes and you are 21 times more likely to qualify the lead than if you wait half an hour.

What Virell does
2m

Every lead, day or night. Answered, asked the right questions, and offered times before you have seen the notification.

How it works

You don’t set anything up. I do.

This isn’t a tool you buy and then have to figure out. I build the system around your business, connect it to the Gmail and Google Calendar you already use, and run it from there. Your side of it is one call and one email to read.

  1. Step 01

    One call, about twenty minutes.

You connect Gmail and Google Calendar and send over some emails you’ve already written to leads. That is your entire part of the setup.

  2. Step 02

    I build it.

How it answers, what it asks, when it follows up, how it books, what it hands straight to you. All of that is set up on my side, and I tell you when it’s ready.

  3. Step 03

    You read one reply.

Before anything goes out, I send you a sample answer to a real inquiry. You approve it or tell me what to change. That is the last thing the system needs from you.

  4. Live

    It runs.

Every lead answered in two minutes, qualified, followed up for weeks, booked into your calendar. When one needs the real you, the whole thread lands in your inbox with a summary, so you step in mid-conversation instead of cold.

The offer

One flat rate. Nothing left for you to run.

The software in this space costs $200–500 a month and gives you a dashboard to manage. Virell gives you appointments on your calendar. One closed deal a year covers it several times over.

  • Every lead answered inside two minutes, day and night
  • Qualified, followed up for weeks, and booked into your Google Calendar
  • Built and run for you — nothing to install, nothing to log into
  • The full thread and a summary in your inbox the moment a lead needs the real you
  • Written from emails you’ve actually sent, and you approve it before anything goes out
  • A person on the other end: you email Jan, not a ticket queue

Fair questions

The ones worth asking.

Will my leads know it’s AI?

Nothing about it announces itself as a bot. It’s written from emails you’ve actually sent, so it reads the way your inbox reads, and you approve a sample before a single message goes out. When a lead asks something outside its lane, it doesn’t bluff — it hands you the thread. What the lead experiences is an agent who answered fast and knew what to ask.

What happens when a lead needs a real answer?

Virell handles the parts that don’t need a license: availability, qualifying questions, scheduling, follow-up. Anything past that goes to you with a summary of the whole conversation, so you pick up mid-thread instead of starting over.

Do I have to learn new software?

No. Virell runs on the Gmail and Google Calendar you already use. There’s nothing to install and no dashboard to check; you find out it worked when the appointment is already on your calendar.

Does it work with the website I already have?

Yes. It connects to the forms you already have on your site — contact, home valuation, listing inquiry — and nothing about the site needs to change. If your site is the weak link, I’ll tell you, and fixing it is a separate conversation.

What does setup actually involve on my end?

One call of about twenty minutes: connect Gmail and Google Calendar, and send over some emails you’ve already written. I build the rest and send you one sample reply to approve. You’ll get a date for going live on the call.

What if I want out?

It’s month to month. If Virell isn’t putting appointments on your calendar, you cancel with a single email. No contract, no exit call.

Nine days

Most leads don’t say no. They go quiet.

They mean to reply, then life happens. The agent tries once or twice, hears nothing, and moves on — and the lead quietly becomes somebody else’s client. Virell keeps writing: at sensible hours, for as long as it takes, until they answer or tell it to stop.

Day 1 · 9:12 AM You were: at a listing appointment

Hi Dana, wanted to make sure yesterday’s note didn’t get buried. Thursday 4:30 is still open if you’d like to see it.

Day 3 · 6:48 PM You were: at dinner

No rush at all. 412 Ashland gets a second wave of showings this weekend, so I wanted you to have first pick of times.

Day 6 · 8:05 AM You were: driving to a showing

A comparable two blocks over just closed at asking. Happy to send the numbers if it helps your decision.

Day 9 · 11:58 PM · Dana You were: asleep

Sorry for the silence, life got crazy. Yes, still interested — could we do Thursday?

Booked — Thu 4:30 PM

Nine days of follow-up, and you never once thought about Dana. That’s a lead that never went cold.

Same illustration as above — the messages show how the follow-up is written, not a real thread.
